In our role as independent auditors, Saavedra and Rice, PA conducts audits of clients' financial statements to determine the propriety and the adequacy of disclosures within the framework of generally accepted accounting principles.

The scope of our auditing review and compilation services encompasses the following:

- Audits conducted in accordance with standards for financial and compliance audits contained in the Standards for Audits of Governmental Organizations, Program Activities, and Functions, issued by the U.S. General Accounting Office and OMB Circular A-l33.
- Reviews and compilations conducted in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
